Nathan is a Senior Consultant-Trainer of CELLS Management and Consultancy Pte Ltd. He has 30 years’ experience in the fields of Management, Customer Service, Negotiation, Strategy Formulation, Marketing, Business Development and Manufacturing. In his various roles as Head of Marketing for Asia Pacific & Europe, and Regional Planning Manager for Asia Pacific, he has traveled widely and conducted business / negotiation with people of different culture.

Mr. Nathan has a great passion for training. Jasvant Singh

Mr. Jasvant Singh is a Senior Consultant (Training and Development) of CELLS Management and Consultancy Pte Ltd. He holds a passion for training, teaching and learning, and has a strong ability to work closely and cohesively with people. Mr. Jasvant, an active trainer/development officer with 28 years experience, has trained numerous instructors and officers in the SAF in the capacity of a Commander and Chief Instructor.  Jasvant was previously a Senior Military Officer holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Chander Naidu
(Senior Consultant)

Over twenty five years of work experiences in corporate consulting and training, hospitality and leisure industry, entrepreneurial businesses, armed forces and education services.
Chander was Vice President Asian Business Development for a Canadian enterprise developing interactive educational software programs for children. Prior to that, he was a Business Development Director for a precision machining Tool and Die Casting manufacturing company for the Automotive and Aerospace Industry, based in Canada. His main focus in both assignments was building client relationship for strategic operational development and business ventures in South East Asia.

As an entrepreneur, he represented an educational product for pregnant mothers. They were sold through private clinics and hospitals in South East Asia. He also helped establish a merchandise redemption and telemarketing service centre for a large food & beverage organization in Malaysia.

In the hospitality and leisure industry, he was Assistant Manager of a five star International hotel, and had managed an exclusive membership club for a resort.

In corporate consulting and training, his last tenure was General Manager for South East Asia of a consulting and training corporation, based in Singapore. He has done organizational development initiatives with telecommunication industries, financial, information technology, pharmaceutical, as well as government ministries.

Chander has designed and facilitated customized accelerated learning programs.

Zaibun Siraj
(Senior Consultant)

Zaibun is  a Senior Consultant of CELLS Management and Consultancy, she    is a much sought after trainer and speaker.  Her training sessions have been highly commended. Currently the Training Consultant at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Zaibun Siraj has previously served as Head of the Educational Development Centre; Director, Excellence in Teaching; Director, International Liaison Unit and Director, International Students Centre at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. 

Awarded the UNESCO fellowship in 1983, Zaibun has degrees and diplomas in Arts and Education from Universities in Britain, Malaysia and Singapore.  Over the years she has assisted twenty schools and junior colleges formulate their Strategic Plans.  In 1995 she was invited to be a consultant in Educational Development to the Canberra Institute of Technology in Canberra, Australia.  Zaibun has also undertaken a consultancy project on in-service training for teachers for the Singapore Ministry of Education.  In 2002 she completed a consultancy project in Methods of Instruction for the trainers in the Singapore Armed Forces.  She has also conducted many training workshops for teachers, academic staff, instructors in the armed forces, parents of secondary school students, officers of the Workers Development Agency and other professionals. 

She trained as a Laughter Club leader under Dr Madan Kataria, the founder of Laughter Clubs in the world. Zaibun is a founder member and a past President of the Association of Women for Action and Research or AWARE.  She has also served as Honorary Secretary of the Management Committee of the National University of Singapore Society(NUSS).

Zaibun has been a member of the National Youth Achievement Award Council since 1995.   She has written and spoken extensively on various issues related to education, leadership, success, self-esteem, motivation, time management, positive thinking, effective communications and presentations, parenting, humour at the workplace and women.

In 1997 she was awarded the Louis Feraud Award for Women’s Advocate.  Zaibun has written a book, Managing Oneself.. footprints to success for the National Youth Achievement Award Council.  It has been very well received. 

She has also written two books for Ngee Ann Polytechnic, The Good Teaching Handbook and Strategies to Develop Positive Attitudes To Work and Study. 

Her book, Zany, Zeal, Zest and Zing: the Z Way to Happiness was published by World Scientific in March 2008.

Serina Tan

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Serina, Senior Consultant with CELLS Management and Consultancy Pte Ltd began her career as a trainer/facilitator in 1997 with the Service Quality Centre, training participants from both the public and private sectors, spanning industries that included banking, manufacturing, IT, retail, hospitality and healthcare.

Serina is a highly engaging trainer and employs stories, real-life examples and a measured dose of humor to bring pertinent points across succinctly and effectively. 
Possessing superior presentation and people skills, Serina paces and communicates well at many levels and across cultures.  Having lived both in the US and the UK, she brings her American and continental European experiences to bring first-hand encounters and fresh perspectives of service beyond Singapore. 

A well-received trainer, she has trained frontline and executive levels in in-house mindset, skills, effective communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills and teambuilding programmes as well as nationally accredited programmes such as CREST. Eddy Foong
(Senior Consultant)

Eddy Foong is a professional facilitator who has trained participants across South East Asia in India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Prior to his present role, he has a wealth of more than 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations with various MNCs including Degussa, Photronics, Maxtor, American International Group (AIG) and CyGenics.  He has broad experience in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, engineering, service, insurance / financial services and biotechnology.  He was formerly the HR Director at Maxtor Peripherals, a major US electronic MNC, overseeing some 4,600 employees in Singapore, Head of Human Resources at AIG S.E. Asia, and Group Head of Human Resources at CyGenics.

Eddy holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Luton, UK.  He is also a regular speaker on HR topics at seminars and workshops.  He has served as a member of the Singapore National Employers Federation's Task Force of the Tripartite Committee on “Union Representation of Executives” legislation

Pearly Sim, Associate Consultant of CELLS Management and Consultancy Pte Ltd, t is a seasoned professional with a wealth of more than eight years of experience in Operations Management, Marketing and Customer Service with a foreign MNC and several SMEs.  She has spearheaded various portfolios including sales and marketing; business development, business operations and strategic planning across a variety of sectors including shipping, education, human resource staffing and soft skills training.  She is also an Associate Trainer for six years with several approved training providers supporting government secondary and primary schools.      
 

Pearly has established herself as a strong Operations Management generalist with focus on start-up operation, developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures and Key Performance Indicators, formulating marketing strategies and campaign, managing cost-cutting initiatives while, ensuring staff remain motivated and productive during difficult times.  In the course of her working career, she was involved in a start-up operation of an English Language School in Myanmar.  She personally recruited and trained the Burmese teachers for the school.  She has implemented many initiatives aimed at improving the quality of work life within the organization, increasing productivity of employees and winning their commitment.

As an experienced publishing and communications professional, Deepa has crafted detailed proposals for large-scale publishing projects. This involves a keen understanding of business principles and the ability to translate and communicate complex messages effectively. She has worked with many organizations to help their staff develop and craft messages and responses to the public such that they make a positive impact. Deepa also specializes in conducting writing courses on responding to customer complaints and feedback skills. She holds a Masters in Business Administration, specializing in hospitality and Tourism Management, by the Nanyang Business School, Singapore. Nisha is a qualified trainer and holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) - a national qualification awarded by WDA (Workforce Development Authority). She is accredited by Institute of Customer Service (ICS U.K) to conduct customer service coaching programs and is also a Certified MBTI, DISC and STRONG Administrator with Asianic Psychological Press, Australia and Behavioural Coach. Nisha is also certified by Etiquette Survival Group (U.S) to conduct Social and Business Etiquette to children, teens and adults. Nisha has successfully conducted several training workshops for the tourism and hospitality industry locally and regionally. She is also currently a lecturer at several academic institutions and teaching and develops tourism and hospitality related subjects.

Ho Li Peng

Ho Li Peng is an Associate Trainer with CELLS Management and Consultancy Pte Ltd, has had an active career in human resource development for more than a decade now. Her area of expertise lies in the management of the training function, having served in managerial roles in different organizations. Her personal aim in training is to help individuals realize their potential for maximum performance in life.
Among her clients in both the public and private sectors are Singapore Civil Defence Force, Singapore Sports Council, Singapore General Hospital, Central Provident Fund Board, Land Transport Authority, Ministry of Education, NTUC Income, Group 4 CISCO Training, Multi-Corporation (S) Pte Ltd, Apple Computer Ltd, Sony Display Devices Singapore, Keppel Shipyard Pte Ltd, Shop N Save Pte Ltd, Becton Dickinson Critical Care Systems Pte Ltd, Energizer Singapore Pte Ltd and Murata Electronics Singapore (Pte) Ltd.

Ms Ho’s corporate career spanned several organizations including editorial work with Longman Singapore Publishers (Pte) Ltd, and training responsibilities with The Girls’ Brigade Singapore, Orchard Parade Hotel, Merchant Court Hotel and the Subordinate Courts. While working with The Girls’ Brigade. Ms Ho represented Singapore in a 21-day First ASEAN Outdoor Leadership Training in 1992. She was later trained by Project Adventure to conduct Ropes Course for The Girls’ Brigade and The Boys’ Brigade. She was also instrumental in establishing the training department and the customer services section of the Merchant Court Hotel and Subordinate Courts respectively. Ms Ho is a member of the Singapore Training And Development Association (STADA) and the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), and sits in the Management Committee of the Lakeside Family Centre.  also designed
