Chander was Vice President Asian Business Development for a Canadian enterprise developing interactive educational software programs for children. Prior to that, he was a Business Development Director for a precision machining Tool and Die Casting manufacturing company for the Automotive and Aerospace Industry, based in Canada. His main focus in both assignments was building client relationship for strategic operational development and business ventures in South East Asia.
As an entrepreneur, he represented an educational product for pregnant mothers. They were sold through private clinics and hospitals in South East Asia. He also helped establish a merchandise redemption and telemarketing service centre for a large food & beverage organization in Malaysia.

In corporate consulting and training, his last tenure was General Manager for South East Asia of a consulting and training corporation, based in Singapore. Zaibun is a Senior Consultant of CELLS Management and Consultancy, she is a much sought after trainer and speaker. Her training sessions have been highly commended. Currently the Training Consultant at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Zaibun Siraj has previously served as Head of the Educational Development Centre; Director, Excellence in Teaching; Director, International Liaison Unit and Director, International Students Centre at Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Awarded the UNESCO fellowship in 1983, Zaibun has degrees and diplomas in Arts and Education from Universities in Britain, Malaysia and Singapore. Over the years she has assisted twenty schools and junior colleges formulate their Strategic Plans. In 1995 she was invited to be a consultant in Educational Development to the Canberra Institute of Technology in Canberra, Australia. Zaibun has also undertaken a consultancy project on in-service training for teachers for the Singapore Ministry of Education. Serina is a highly engaging trainer and employs stories, real-life examples and a measured dose of humor to bring pertinent points across succinctly and effectively.

Prior to his present role, he has a wealth of more than 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations with various MNCs including Degussa, Photronics, Maxtor, American International Group (AIG) and CyGenics. He has broad experience in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, engineering, service, insurance / financial services and biotechnology. He was formerly the HR Director at Maxtor Peripherals, a major US electronic MNC, overseeing some 4,600 employees in Singapore, Head of Human Resources at AIG S.E. Asia, and Group Head of Human Resources at CyGenics.

Her area of expertise lies in the management of the training function, having served in managerial roles in different organizations. Her personal aim in training is to help individuals realize their potential for maximum performance in life.

A Bachelor of Science graduate in 1990 from the National University of Singapore, Ms Ho went on to obtain her Diploma in Training & Development Management from the Singapore Institute of Management. Her more recent qualification is a Master of Science degree in Training & Development from the American International University of Management and Technology.
Ms Ho’s corporate career spanned several organizations including editorial work with Longman Singapore Publishers (Pte) Ltd, and training responsibilities with The Girls’ Brigade Singapore, Orchard Parade Hotel, Merchant Court Hotel and the Subordinate Courts. While working with The Girls’ Brigade. Ms Ho represented Singapore in a 21-day First ASEAN Outdoor Leadership Training in 1992. She was later trained by Project Adventure to conduct Ropes Course for The Girls’ Brigade and The Boys’ Brigade. She was also instrumental in establishing the training department and the customer services section of the Merchant Court Hotel and Subordinate Courts respectively. Ms Ho is a member of the Singapore Training And Development Association (STADA) and the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), and sits in the Management Committee of the Lakeside Family Centre. also designed
