Individual Coaching Services- ONE ON ONE

We bring in deeper perspectives on issues that individuals struggle with day in and out. We brainstorm with individuals and ensure the creative tension is discussed and achieved .Our Coaches work with you together to ensure self awareness, responsibility, ownership, growth and development. Flexible- We Design It Together

1st session, coaches will meet initially for two to 2 1/2 hours to identify your aspirations, clarify your goals and create our coaching agreement. Then we engage in a constructive coaching conversation, focusing on your goals and what you want to accomplish, usually face to face in two or three sessions per month You can be assured that our professional coaches will explore what is really important to you and discover new perspectives and pathways to create the goals, career and life you want. What you will get is a world view and your actions plans and commitments will bring you to greater height and happiness.

Structured  Approach

A structured approach and well tested  coaching Model called G.R.O.W  will be the guide in creating greater success in you bringing  fulfillment and sustainability in your goals to be realized  in terms of work and personal life. The program will be on your time and it is flexible and will last from 6-9 months to complete. You will determine the end.

One on One Coaching Packages available

Gold Package- free one coaching session with consultant followed by 8 Coaching Sessions of 2 hours each. Each coaching session is at $300 an hour

Silver Package- Awareness of coaching and followed by 6 Coaching Sessions of 2 hours each. Each coaching session is at $350 an hour

Bronze Package- Awareness of coaching followed by 4 Coaching sessions of 2 hours each. Each coaching session is at $400 an hour
